· Prime season in Florida is from January to Mid April, and for good reason, the temperatures are mid 60’s to mid 70’s, rain is rare during this time and the humidity is at a comfortable level, there’s no better time to escape the harsh winter.  Within the prime season mid February to late March are the absolute busiest times for most golf schools in Florida, if you are planning on attending a golf school in this time frame, plan to book two to three months in advance to assure availability.  For bargain hunters, don’t expect to see many specials or discounts during this time, most schools pricing peaks during this time frame.

· The more established schools tend to be located near the larger cities in Florida.  Orlando, Ft.Lauderdale/Miami,Naples,Tampa/St.Petersburg,Jacksonville/St. Augstine and the Palm Beaches.

· Often overlooked are the time frames from November to late December as well as May, these times of year provide excellent weather, fewer crowds and usually lower prices.  Many locals feel November and May are the best weather months in Florida.
